This is to a new website that has just come to my attention. Someone has put in a lot of trouble gathering a lot of data from the Scottish Government website, which means it is incontrevertible. It paints an interesting picture and hints at a lot of 'political back scratching' going on behind the scenes. Have a read for yourself and see what it tells you.
